Truck Deliveries

​

• Fascut machines are too heavy to ship with UPS or FedEx Express.  They must be shipped via semi-tractor trailer such as FedEx Freight or YRC, etc...  We HIGHLY recommend that you provide a commercially zoned business shipping address with tractor trailer access. (forklift or loading dock on-site)

Pick-up At Terminal

​

• Another delivery option is to have the shipment held at the trucking company's terminal so you can pick it up at your convenience within 3 days of arrival.  Contact us for terminal locations near you.

Additional Shipping Charges

​

• Additional shipping charges will be added for accessorial services and shipping to residential, outlying or remote areas.  Please call (608)-643-6678 for a shipping quote.

Time Frame

​

• Fascut machines are always in stock, ready to ship anytime.  We usually ship within 1 day of receiving your order.  As soon as we ship we will contact you with the trucker name, PRO number and tracking info, and expected date of delivery.

Before Signing Delivery Receipt

​

• Check for any damage to packaging.

• Check for any damage to product.

• Check for any missing pieces.

• Note any concerns on the bill of lading BEFORE driver leaves.

• Refusal of delivery is advised for severely damaged products.  Call us first for our recommendation.

Refusal of Shipment

​

• If you refuse delivery of an undamaged shipment you will be charged both to and from shipping fees.

​

Shipping - Risk of Loss

​

• All items purchased from Fascut Industries are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  Fascut Industries is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
